At the end of the first three months working together the client is:

  2. Has created and knows how to use a unique set of intellectual property assets to grow audiences (and generate new leads online and off) whenever they want or need to.

    By day 120

    1. The client is able to track, target, and nurture leads with ease

    2. The client is packaging services so that each existing and new client for them makes the business more impact and revenue than the normal rates.

    By 6 months

    1. The client has a fully developed tier of market validated products, is using customized sales and messaging, is regularly refining workflows and procedures to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

    2. The company leader is routinely leading reflection sessions and knows the ways to grow a team that grows revenue.

    By 8 months

    1. The client is being invited and brought onto multiple thought leadership platforms and is refining ads for greater effectiveness in marketing and sales.

    2. The clients social media channels and lists are growing steadily and are humming.

    By 10 months

    1. The client has created, planned and facilitated their own online sales event for repeatable connectivity and sales in the business.

    By 12 months

    1. The client’s company has lowered annual expenses, higher average customer spend and is functioning without the CEO being solely involved in client fulfillment.

    2. The client is gaining referrals, renewals and new clients every month and a growing network due to our networking opportunities within our services.
